What you can expect: Executive Coaching
Of the dozens of tasks leaders can execute in any given period of time, only a handful –enough to fit on a 3×5 index card – truly matter.
Our coaching work helps executives focus solely on those mission-critical objectives in a way that is consistent with their values and the values of the organization. Regular coaching sessions, approximately once per month, keep executives accountable and allow them to manage common challenges, including:

In the coaching process, we focus on three core elements: “discovering the gift”, crafting a vision and aligning habits and mindsets.

Discovering the Gift
Using several assessments and analytical tools, we gain a deeper understanding of the executive’s greatest strengths.
Performance and delegation can then be adjusted to maximize contribution and professional fulfillment.
This new habit of recognizing the “gift” the executive gives to the organization will extend to direct reports as well: The more one is habituated to discovering one’s own strengths, the more disposed he or she will be to cultivating the best contribution of others.

Crafting a Vision
Renowned author, educator and speaker Stephen Covey wrote, “If the ladder is not leaning against the right wall, every step we take just gets us to the wrong place faster.” That is why crafting a vision of the future is crucial. Executive coaching clients will answer these questions: “What must I contribute and achieve?” and “How must I show up?” The first question is about intentional change: where to lead the organization. The second question is about values: how to make decisions and interact with colleagues.

Once we’re crystal clear about “which wall to lean your ladder against,” we build mindsets and habits to support
those objectives.
